The former Rangers and Scotland striker, currently managing Maccabi Tel Aviv, has led the team to the top of the Israeli League.
Reports this week suggested he was on Burnley's shortlist for their managerial position.
However, the Championship club chose to appoint Fabio Celestini, the former Basel boss, instead.
Miller, who was reportedly not interested in the first place, remains committed to his current role.
He said: "All I can say about the speculation is that I'm here, at least until the end of the season as stated in my contract.
"I'll be here at this club for as long as they want me.
"At Maccabi, there is pressure every week to win every match and lift every trophy and that's what I enjoy."
The 46-year-old further expressed his contentment with his current position, highlighting the team's strong performance and future challenges.
"I am very happy here.
"The team is playing well and we are in good shape in the league.
"We have a few derbies to enjoy too and the atmosphere is terrific."
