Viviane Asseyi scored twice as West Ham gained their third Women's Super League victory of the season with a dominant home win over Liverpool.
The Hammers started the day 12th in the table, having only scored five goals in seven league games, but they netted four in the opening 62 minutes against the Reds.
Asseyi grabbed the opener from the penalty spot in only the seventh minute after she had been fouled by Fuka Nagano, following good work down the left by Ines Belloumou.
Leila Wandeler doubled the lead eight minutes later following a bright run and an exchange of passes with Seraina Piubel before shooting past England international Khiara Keating.
Asseyi hit the crossbar and West Ham did not have to wait long to score again as Laia Codina made it 3-0 just before the break, with her 30-yard effort taking a huge deflection off Jenna Clark before looping in.
It became 4-0 in the 62nd minute when Asseyi won a free-kick and she curled a superb effort just underneath the crossbar as Keating was beaten again.
Liverpool pulled one back 10 minutes later with substitute Vivien Endemann's low shot taking a deflection off Codina to give the Reds a consolation goal.
The victory took West Ham above Liverpool to 10th, with the Reds one point and one place below them in 11th place.
