Neil Warnock has spent more than four decades prowling technical areas up and down the country, and few managers have been better at making life uncomfortable for the opposition.
His record eight promotions, with clubs including Notts County, Sheffield United, Queens Park Rangers and Cardiff City, tell you everything about how relentless he is.
Now it’s your turn to find out what it feels like to have him coming after you.
Escape from Neil Warnock is our take on the classic arcade maze game, rebuilt for football fans. You’re the ball, and four Warnocks are on your tail, each with his own idea of how to hunt you down.
One comes straight at you, one tries to cut you off, one works with the others to box you in, and one hangs back before pouncing. Your job is to roll over every point on the pitch to win the round without getting caught.
Spot a golden trophy? Grab it. For a few seconds the tables turn: the Warnocks go blue and panic, and you can chase them back to the dugout for bonus points. Don’t get greedy, though. The effect wears off quickly, and the further you go, the shorter it lasts.
Every round you complete, the Warnocks get quicker.
By round four they’re faster than you, and that’s when the real test begins. You’ve got three lives, with an extra one for every 10,000 points, and your best score is saved so you can keep coming back to beat it.
