Tony Pollard was Titans' highest-graded player in loss to Browns

The Tennessee Titans came incredibly close to getting their second win of the season against the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, but a last-second field goal gave the Browns the win when the final whistle blew.

After winning their first game of the year in Week 6, there was some distraction early in the week, but many still believed the Titans could string together back-to-back wins for the first time since November 2022. And when the game started out with a touchdown drive from the Titans, hopes were raised that maybe this was when it would happen.

The entire game was competitive between the Titans and the Browns. The Browns led 17-14 at the half, but the Titans tied it up early in the fourth quarter. The Browns scored a touchdown; the Titans answered with one of their own with under one minute left on the clock. The Browns managed to drive down the field (maybe with a little help from the refs) and get into field goal range. The try was good and Cleveland walked away with a 27-24 win.
