Since the south coast derby defeat to bitter rivals Southampton earlier this month, Portsmouth have put together an excellent string of results in the Championship.

Pompey have won three and drawn one of their four games in that time to climb from 19th up to 11th and within two points of the play-off spots.

"It's just amazing how all it takes is a few games for everything to turn around," BBC Radio Solent's Portsmouth commentator Andrew Moon told the Who Needs Mourinho? podcast.

"Have Pompey necessarily deserved 10 points from four games? Probably not that many but there has been a lot of good things.

"And if you do a lot of good things and get that little bit of fortune to go your way, things can turn around pretty quickly."
