The 34-year-old has penned a deal with the Tinners until the end of the 2026/27 Enterprise National League South season.
Dennis cut his formative footballing teeth in the academy set-ups at both Watford and Dagenham & Redbridge.
He joined Bromley in 2014, spending four years at Hayes Lane before spells at Portsmouth and Leyton Orient.
Hendon-born, Dennis rejoined Bromley in 2021, spending another four years with The Ravens, helping them to promotion into the English Football League and an FA Trophy final win over Wrexham.
Ahead of the 25/26 campaign, Dennis moved to Torquay United before leaving Plainmoor last month and joining the Tinners as a free agent.
“I’m hoping to add to what’s already here as the manager has put a brilliant squad together,” Dennis told trurocity.co.uk.
“I’ve heard loads of great things from people who have been at Truro before and it looks like a fantastic club that does everything properly.
“Although I haven’t had much time away from football, it feels like a fresh start at a fresh club and I can’t wait to get going.
“I can't wait to get back into the swing of things by training with the boys and getting to know a new group of players that are fully up to speed.
“I want to win, will be competitive and I will always give 100 per cent on the pitch.”
