Hello and welcome along to the City matchday blog as the Blues face AEK Athens in the Champions League. While last week's defeat to PSG could be written off, this is a game that City are heavy favourites to win. That's not to say that Maresca's men will underestimate their opponents - no game is easy in this competition.

The big talking point for this one is who is actually available to play. Haaland is obviously the biggest question mark. Maresca claimed the forward was okay in his pre-match press conference but then he did not feature in open training. Nunes, O'Reilly and Kovacic also missed that session - so we may expect plenty of changes to the City side tonight.
