Bryson DeChambeau and Rory McIlroy are two of the wealthiest sportsmen in the world.
DeChambeau earned a huge signing-on fee after joining LIV Golf in June 2022, believed to be worth in excess of $100 million.
Meanwhile, McIlroy continues to bank obscene amounts of money both on the PGA Tour and off the golf course.
Bryson DeChambeau and Rory McIlroy have never seen eye to eye. Tensions between the two have reached boiling point at times since the American left the PGA Tour to join LIV Golf a little more than four years ago.
We are already dreaming about Thursday at Augusta National!
The feud between McIlroy and DeChambeau was reignited during The Open Championship in July when the man from Northern Ireland criticized the LIV star’s behavior after he received a two-stroke penalty for improving his lie in the rough.
Both players have huge amounts of support and a fair amount of detractors as well.
Whichever side you sit on, though, it’s impossible to deny that both men are truly exceptional golfers. But which player has raked in the most cash over the past four years?
As mentioned earlier, DeChambeau received a huge fee after joining LIV Golf in the first place.

However, he has still banked some huge paychecks on the golf course as well.
In total, Dechambeau has earned an impressive $64,845,155 in tournament winnings on LIV Golf since June 2022.
Interestingly, DeChambeau is only the fifth-highest earner on LIV Golf in the league’s history.
Jon Rahm tops the LIV Golf money standings, having earned more than $105 million on the golf course since his debut in February 2024.
DeChambeau has never won the season-long individual championship on LIV Golf, and as a result he has missed out on the huge end of season bonuses. That is why he’s nowhere near Rahm’s earnings.
McIlroy played seven events on the PGA Tour after DeChambeau announced he would be joining LIV on June 10th 2022.
During those seven events, the Northern Irishman earned a whopping $21,699,000 in tournament winnings, including the $18 million bonus he received for winning the FedEx Cup.
In 2023, McIlroy earned $17,921,008 and he pocketed $12,502,123 a year later in 2024.
The six-time major champion notched up earnings of $16,992,418 in 2025 and then he made $11,573,749 on the golf course in 2026.
So Rory McIlroy’s total money earned on the golf course since Bryson DeChambeau joined LIV Golf totals $80,688,298 – just under $16 million more than what the American has pocketed.
However, despite McIlroy’s slight advantage, there is nothing the Northern Irish golfer could buy that DeChambeau couldn’t!
