England head coach Thomas Tuchel has a big Kobbie Mainoo decision to make
England are all but certain to reach the quarter-finals, though they are not yet mathematically through.
The big question is where they finish in Group A3. Spain lead by three points with two games left, so England will probably need to win their final group match in Spain to top the group.
Who could England face? As things stand, England would meet a League A group winner. The current leaders are France, the Netherlands and Portugal, but Italy, Belgium, Greece, Germany and Denmark are potential opponents if results change.
The draw: Takes place in late November 2026 at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, once the group stage is complete.
Quarter-finals: Two-legged ties between March 25 and 30, 2027. Group winners are seeded and play the second leg at home, and teams cannot be drawn against a side they have already faced in the group.
Finals: The final four takes place in a neutral country from June 9 to 13, 2027.
