Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has urged his side to carry their dominant Premier League form onto the European stage against Slavia Prague tonight.
The Gunners sit top of the Premier League following a 1-0 win at Liverpool and can take a giant stride towards automatic qualification for the Champions League knockout phase tonight.
Arteta spoke to travelling reporters at the Fortuna Arena about maintaining elite momentum across a congested schedule.
"Every single game away in Europe brings huge demands," he said. "When you build good momentum, you cannot think the next result will just arrive on its own. We need to be ruthless from the first whistle tonight."
Bukayo Saka has been managed carefully through light training drills, while Italian defender Riccardo Calafiori is expected to continue his run in the back four.
