Ezzalzouli has really settled in at the Estadio La Cartuja de Sevilla.

The 24-year-old spent a couple of seasons at Barcelona prior to kicking on last term with 15 strikes in 43 outings, and he has already notched four goals in seven appearances this campaign.

It has been a brisk start, but we have seen just two attempts so far.

Both came from the hosts, and neither troubled Ernst.

Feyenoord are seeing plenty of the ball, yet they are producing next to nothing in the final third.

YELLOW CARD!

Marmol picks up the game’s first booking for a late lunge on Antony, who reached the ball first.

It looks like a long time for the Spaniard to survive on a caution.

What a thrilling side the hosts have put together.

Ezzalzouli, Antony and Parrott represent both the present and the future, while the experience of Bellerin, Fornals and Isco brings another dimension to the XI!

Betis are posing plenty of problems for Feyenoord in attack.

They have already whipped at least three dangerous balls into the box, but they are yet to make their early pressure count.

Ezzalzouli registers the game’s opening shot, trying a clever flick from inside the area.

It doesn’t come off as he hoped, lacking the pace to trouble Ernst in goal.

Opta made the hosts pre-match favourites with a 55.0% win probability ahead of kick-off.

Feyenoord were handed a 23.4% chance of clinching a second Champions League win.

There is a brilliant atmosphere at the Estadio La Cartuja de Sevilla!

Betis supporters were bouncing before kick-off and have kept the noise going into the opening minutes.

That energy has spilled over to the team, who have started with plenty of pace and power.

Antony nearly produces an early moment of magic, using sublime ball control to shake off his full-back, but his delivery into the box isn’t quite put on a plate for Parrott.

And we are off as Real Betis and Feyenoord get things underway!

Not long to go now as kick-off approaches!

The teams are lined up on the pitch, listening to the iconic Champions League anthem.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst keeps faith with the exact same line-up that defeated Como in their previous Champions League fixture.

Marmol and St. Juste partner up at the back once more, while captain Valente operates in the number 10 position and Ferri leads the attack.

Real Betis manager Manuel Pellegrini makes two changes from the team that started against Porto.

Former Arsenal player Bellerin comes in at right-back, with Ortiz dropping to the bench, while Fornals replaces Deossa in the starting XI.

Looking ahead, Parrott boasts three goals in his five Eredivisie appearances against Feyenoord, including netting the opener for AZ after just 51 seconds back in May.

On the bench for Feyenoord: Tsuyoshi Watanabe, Goncalo Borges, Sem Steijn, Mats Deijl, Tobias van den Elshout, Thijs Kraaijeveld, Gaoussou Diarra, Tijme Wessels, Florian Kastenmeier, Liam Bossin and Jerayno Schaken.

Feyenoord line up in a 4-3-3 formation: Tjark Ernst is in goal behind a back four of Givairo Read, Jeremiah St. Juste, Mika Marmol and Javi Lopez.

Gjivai Zechiel, Charles Vanhoutte and Oussama Targhalline make up the midfield, while Anis Hadj Moussa, Nacho Ferri and Luciano Valente lead the attack.

On the bench for Real Betis: Diego Llorente, Facundo Bernal, Angel Ortiz, Diego Conde, Alvaro Fidalgo, Valentín Gomez, Rodrigo Riquelme, Nelson Deossa, Giovani Lo Celso, Aitor Ruibal, Dani Ceballos and Jose Antonio Morante.

Real Betis line up in a 4-2-3-1 formation: Alvaro Valles; Hector Bellerin, Marc Bartra, Natan, Fran Garcia; Pablo Fornals, Marc Roca; Antony, Isco, Abde Ezzalzouli; Troy Parrott.

Feyenoord bounced back well after a tough start, having suffered a 5-1 defeat against Barcelona in Spain prior to a 3-2 victory against Como last time out.

The Dutch side have claimed two wins from their past five Champions League league/group phase outings—equalling their total from the preceding 21 matches.

Betis have enjoyed a bright start to their European campaign, winning their opening two matches by a 3-2 scoreline.

Irishman Troy Parrott netted a 53rd-minute winner to secure victory over Lille, before Isco struck late to take all three points against Porto.

Their only previous campaign was in 2005-06, when they won just two out of their six matches.
