Erling Haaland is not only one of the best strikers in the world. At just 26, the Manchester City forward has built a fortune estimated at around $100 million – roughly R1.8 billion. He lives like a modern-day Viking king and does not hide his wealth.
His earnings are huge. Haaland makes about $80 million a year. A large part of this comes from his Manchester City contract. He signed a new 10-year deal that keeps him at the club until 2034 and pays him around £28 million a year. On top of that, he earns roughly $20 million from sponsors such as Nike, Breitling, Dolce & Gabbana and others.
Haaland has a serious love for supercars. His collection is valued at about £10 million. The standout is a rare Bugatti Tourbillon, one of only 250 made. It has a powerful hybrid engine and a top speed of more than 270 mph. He also owns a Ferrari Purosangue SUV, a Mercedes-Maybach, and an Aston Martin DBX. He even got planning permission to build a four-bay garage at his home to keep them all safe.
His properties are just as impressive. His main house is a £6.2 million, 10-bedroom mansion in Cheshire’s wealthy Golden Triangle. It has a private lake, a swimming pool, landscaped gardens, stables and even a treehouse. He also owns a luxury villa in Marbella with a big pool and sauna, plus apartments in Oslo and Spain, and a villa in an Abu Dhabi development. Together, his homes are worth more than £22 million.
Luxury does not stop there. Haaland has a collection of high-end bags worth about £1 million, including several Hermès Birkins and pieces from Louis Vuitton and Goyard. He has also bought unusual items, such as a rare 1594 Norwegian book that he later donated to a library.
While Haaland enjoys the finer things in life, he remains focused on football. The Premier League’s goal machine continues to score at a record rate for Manchester City. With his talent and growing fortune, he looks set to stay one of the biggest names in the sport for years to come.
