Jose Mourinho has sparked conversation with a pointed assessment of the atmosphere at Racing's stadium following his team's latest victory, praising the home supporters while seemingly taking a subtle swipe at opposition fans.

The outspoken Portuguese tactician is well known for his mind games and provocative comments, and his latest remarks have once again attracted attention.

Mourinho expressed admiration for Racing supporters, highlighting their passionate involvement throughout the contest and explaining how their energy makes life difficult for visiting teams.

Rather than simply watching the action unfold, he believes the fans play an active role in influencing the atmosphere and intensity of matches.

"I love this stadium and I love the Racing fans. They don't come to attend a show or watch a movie, they come to participate in the match and make things very difficult for the opponents," Mourinho said.

His comments could be interpreted as a subtle criticism of supporters who remain passive during matches instead of actively backing their teams.

The statement also reflects Mourinho's appreciation for hostile football environments, where passionate home support can become an additional challenge for visiting sides.

While his praise for Racing fans was unmistakable, the comparison has added an interesting talking point following the latest result.

As always, Mourinho has found a way to attract attention beyond the football pitch.
