A few hours after Orlando Pirates announced the dismissal of assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi, Lamontville Golden Arrows have also announced a coaching decision involving head coach Pitso Dladla.

Two KwaZulu-Natal clubs' coaching situations have come to light as a result of these developments in South African football.

Not long ago, Orlando Pirates announced that Ncikazi will be resigning from his role as assistant coach, ending his tenure with the Soweto giants' technical staff. His exit has left many wondering where he will go from here as a coach.

Fans of Golden Arrows are understandably curious about the possibility of additional shakeups in the club's technical department, especially given the timing of the announcement involving Dladla.

The aspirational KwaZulu-Natal team known as Golden Arrows has maintained its profile in South African football by consistently challenging for domestic championships.

Any decision regarding Dladla's future as head coach is significant for the club, especially as the team works toward its season objectives.

As a result of his release from Orlando Pirates, many are wondering what Ncikazi will do next. After his departure, rumors will circulate that he may return to coaching or play football for another club in South Africa, given his background in the sport.

Ncikazi may be in the running to replace Dladla at Golden Arrows, but the coincidence of the two events does not prove it.

The relevant parties must confirm any suggestion that the former assistant coach of the Pirates could take charge of the KwaZulu-Natal club.

At this time, everyone is still wondering why Ncikazi left Orlando Pirates and what Golden Arrows have to say about Dladla.

What happens next for both coaches will be determined by the specifics of their announcements, but these two events have the potential to spark more debate about coaching changes in South African football.
