“People Must Not Create Problems” – Ouaddou Addresses Ncikazi Rumours

Abdeslam Ouaddou Breaks Silence on Mandla Ncikazi Fallout Rumours at Orlando Pirates

Orlando Pirates head coach Abdeslam Ouaddou has dismissed rumours of a possible fallout with assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi, insisting that there are no problems between them and urging supporters to stop creating unnecessary tension within the club.

Speculation about a strained relationship between the two coaches has circulated among Pirates supporters, particularly following Ncikazi's absence from the technical team. However, Ouaddou has moved to clarify the situation, explaining that the rumours do not reflect the reality behind the scenes at the Soweto giants.

“People must not start creating problems,” Ouaddou said while addressing the speculation surrounding his working relationship with Ncikazi.

The Moroccan coach's comments are intended to reassure supporters that the club's technical team remains focused on its responsibilities rather than being distracted by rumours of internal disagreements. Ouaddou also cautioned against drawing conclusions without accurate information about what is happening within the coaching department.

Ncikazi has been an important member of the Pirates technical team, bringing valuable experience and knowledge of South African football. His contribution has been significant as the Buccaneers continue competing in domestic competitions while also pursuing their ambitions on the continental stage.

Ouaddou further revealed that Ncikazi is recovering from surgery, suggesting that his absence is related to his health rather than any disagreement with the head coach. He wished his colleague well and expressed hope for his recovery, although no specific return date was provided.

The clarification comes at a time when maintaining stability and unity within the technical team is essential for Pirates' continued progress. Cooperation between the head coach and his assistants remains crucial for tactical preparation, player management and achieving consistent results throughout a demanding season.

For Pirates supporters, Ncikazi's recovery will be an important development, given the experience he brings to the club.

Ouaddou's message is clear: the focus should remain on football rather than unverified reports of internal conflict. With the head coach publicly dismissing the rumours, attention will now turn to the team's performances and Ncikazi's eventual return to the technical setup.
