The Raptors had to grind out an ugly win in Washington. While they led the entire way, and led by as much as 17 points in the 1st half, the Raptors felt into a dry spell offensively, and fouled way too much, which opened the door for this new-look Wizards team to make a comeback.

Not for long, though!

In the 3rd quarter, Collin-Murray Boyles spurred on a run, via his incredible defense, that helped the Raptors keep the Wizards at bay. Scottie Barnes, RJ Barrett and Kawhi Leonard took care of business in the fourth quarter to help the Raptors remian undefeated on the season.

The Raptors completely shut down Anthony Davis, who was limited to just nine points and four turnovers.

The Raptors will play LaMelo Ball, Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves on Sunday to keep their winning streak alive. The Timberwolves will also be undefeated as they play the Raptors.

It should be a great test for a Raptors team that needs to see if their perimeter defense has what it takes.
