The October 26 edition of Monday Night Raw from Fresno, California, delivered an action-packed show, featuring multiple major matches and another match announcement for Crown Jewel, which is set for next weekend in Saudi Arabia.

Undisputed Champion Sami Zayn retained the title against Je’Von Evans, while Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan lost to Becky Lynch but retained the title due to the DQ loss. The match was set after Stephanie Vaquer, Becky’s original opponent for the number one contender’s match, had to pull out after not being medically cleared.

On the other hand, Tiffany Stratton tried to cash in the MITB briefcase on Liv, but Dominik Mysterio saved Liv. Meanwhile, Penta also tried to cash in on Sami, but was attacked by Bron Breakker, while the rest of the Vision laid out Penta and Je’Von.

GM Adam Pearce then announced that Penta and Evans will battle Breakker and Austin Theory for the World Tag Team titles at Crown Jewel. Additionally, Bayley won the no-disqualification match against Lyra Valkyria via submission.

John Cena returns for the first time since Backlash 2026

WWE during the show announced the return of the 17-time WWE World Champion John Cena for next week’s show. Cena will return for the first time since Backlash 2026, where he announced the John Cena Classic, and his upcoming appearance is anticipated to provide more information about the tournament.

On the other hand, Solo Sikoa accepted Royce Keys’ challenge in a vignette involving the entire Bloodline. The two will collide in singles action next week, adding another chapter to the ongoing Bloodline vs 946 feud.

The next week’s November 2 show of Monday Night Raw will emanate live from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Notably, the show will have a special early start time of 6 ET/ 3PT as WWE will hold a double taping of Raw and SmackDown.

The double taping will be done in order to give talent and crew ample time to travel to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel on November 7. Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Oba Femi, Jade Cargill, Liv Morgan, Dominik Mysterio, Sol Ruca, and Penta are listed as featured superstars for the double taping.

Announced for WWE Raw next week (November 2, 2026)
