MASVINGO – Masvingo Army team, Four Lions, has recorded its first victory in the Eastern Region Division One League after 34 games.

The club, bottom of the table with 17 points from 34 games, secured a narrow 1-0 win over Chivhu FC at Mucheke Stadium this afternoon.

Chivhu is just five points above Four Lions and both teams are headed back to Division 2 leagues.

Lions have managed 0 wins, 13 draws and 20 defeats in their first 33 games.

Ironically, the team won Division 2 without registering a single defeat last season.
