Arsenal will look to return to the top of the Premier League table with a victory over Liverpool
Six top pundits, including Ian Wright, Jamie Carragher and Roy Keane, are divided over the outcome of Liverpool's Premier League showdown with Arsenal. Mikel Arteta's men travel to Anfield on the back of a shock Carabao Cup exit, but could reclaim top spot with a positive result.
Manchester City squandered the chance to extend their lead on Saturday after suffering a 1-0 defeat at home to Brighton. The Gunners also fell to Fabian Hurzeler's side and now sit just two points ahead of them.
Arteta and his squad will be desperate to stretch that margin to five points, though their record at the home end of Merseyside leaves much to be desired. Liverpool have been quietly building momentum, and a win on Sunday would bring them to within three points of the reigning champions.

Arsenal remain the favourites, with most pundits tipping them for victory, though a score draw or even a home win haven't been entirely ruled out.
With that in mind, The Mirror has compiled the views of all the pundits ahead of the standout fixture of gameweek nine.
Arsenal legend Wright, who will feature on Sky Sports' coverage of the match, is backing his former side to win at Anfield for the first time in 14 years. On the latest episode of Stick to Football, he appeared poised to forecast a draw before having second thoughts.
Wright said: "I think we beat them. This is the game that kind of defines Liverpool if they are coming back. You're looking at [Alexis] Mac Allister, even [Cody] Gakpo [to step up]... but deep down, I really think we beat them. 2-1 Arsenal."
Keane was the pundit who prompted Wright to revise his forecast, though that didn't mean the former Manchester United midfielder was anticipating an Arsenal victory.
He said: "I'm thinking draw, Liverpool did well against City until the red card, 1-1?"
That represents Liverpool's sole loss of the campaign thus far, which underlines the test facing Arteta and his squad.

Like Wright, Neville will also be providing coverage of the fixture on television, but his forecast and manner hints that he may not be relishing the encounter.
He brutally stated on Stick to Football: "Arsenal will play for a point." That's despite Mikel Arteta insisting he's convinced his team can go and claim all three points at Anfield.

The Gunners have previously faced criticism for failing to chase wins away at the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City.
Carragher was another to reverse his stance when offering a forecast, having suggested earlier this week that Liverpool could find themselves in the Premier League title battle.
He wrote for The Telegraph: "Here is a question I did not think I would be asking at any stage this season: will Liverpool win the Premier League?
"It would be premature to describe this Sunday's Anfield fixture as a title duel. Arsenal are better equipped to defend their crown, while Liverpool are a work in progress.

"Whatever the outcome this weekend, Arsenal will leave Merseyside as the overwhelming favourites to claim back-to-back titles. They have a six-point lead over Liverpool.
"Should that extend to nine, Andoni Iraola's primary objective coming into this season will remain unchanged; qualifying for the Champions League will represent a promising start to his reign."
He then said on Stick to Football: "I actually do think 1-1 but I'm too bias. I'll go 2-1, Liverpool."
In contrast to Carragher, Shearer has predicted a score draw given Liverpool's excellent recent form. Speaking to Betfair, he said: "I'm going to go for a score draw.
"I just think with the form that Liverpool are in, I know Arsenal got dumped out of the cup in the week, but it was a very different team, so it'll be a different mentality going into it.
"Arsenal have to bounce back and it's going to be a really tough game and it's a tough one to call because Liverpool have got a lot going for them at the moment. I think both teams will take a draw, and I don't think it'd be a bad result for either team."
With Arsenal the best team in the league and Liverpool more solid at the back, Chris Sutton is expecting a low-scoring and tight game. He wrote in his BBC Sport predictions: "Liverpool proved me wrong against Brighton last week, because they didn't just win, they played well too.
"After conceding so many goals last season, you can see they have really tightened things up. Arsenal don't give much away either, so this is going to be very close. Alexander Isak is scoring goals again for the Reds, and they will be full of confidence coming into this game.
"You could make a case for it ending up a repeat of the result we saw at the end of last season, when Dominik Szoboszlai's brilliant free-kick meant Liverpool edged a 1-0 win. I do think we will see the same scoreline, just with a different winner."
