Arsenal remain interested in Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior, according to El Nacional.
The Premier League club plan to send representatives to assess the Brazilian’s situation at Real Madrid. Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta wants to establish whether Vinicius would be open to moving to the Emirates.
If the 25-year-old gives a positive response, Arsenal would then become actively involved in negotiations for the forward.
Vinicius has made 11 appearances for Real Madrid in all competitions this season. He has scored one goal and provided three assists.
