Wrexham suffered another disappointing loss after Blackburn Rovers beat the Welsh side 2-0 at Ewood Park.
Both goals came from Iceland striker Andri Guojohnsen, with his first goal coming in the 44th minute after a left-footed strike. He scored his second with just over 10 minutes left to play as his right-footed shot soared past Anthony Patterson into the top corner.
The result sees Blackburn climb to 10th in the EFL Championship table, whilst it sees Phil Parkinson's Wrexham drop to a disappointing 17th place. It marks the Hollywood-owned side's fourth loss of the season from 12 games, whilst they have already conceded 18 goals in the season.
Following a disappointing display, one player has been singled out by fans for his role in the defeat.
Wrexham fans took to social media, where they vented their frustration towards one particular player, Anthony Patterson, after he conceded two goals during the game.
Many fans questioned why Patterson was even signed in the first place, when Wrexham already had former Arsenal academy keeper Arthur Okonkwo, who had been a key performer for the side in previous seasons before being loaned out to Charlton.
One fan said: "Patterson isn't good enough; he's not as good as Arthur," whilst another added, "Seriously, why did we feel the need to upgrade the keeper? Arthur kept us in a lot of matches last year."
More fans added to the comments, as one wrote: "Get Patterson out of here, man. That's not acceptable for national league goalkeepers," whilst another said, "I've defended him up to now, as I thought a lot of the criticism was harsh, but what was Patterson doing for the first goal? Horrendous goalkeeping."
"Can someone genuinely tell me that, for £8m rising to £10m, what Patterson offers is an improvement on Okonkwo? Genuinely an awful bit of business?"

From the outside, it looks easy to put blame on the goalkeeper who conceded the two goals which separated the sides on the day. However, the first goal was arguably due to poor goalkeeping.
It was a long-range strike straight towards the goalkeeper which appeared easy to catch, but Patterson instead opted to parry the ball straight back out into the six-yard box, falling to the feet of Guojohnsen, who had an easy rebound into an empty net.
The keeper, who earns £17.5k-per-week according to Capology, achieved a 6.5 rating via FotMob. He made three saves whilst facing 2.2 expected goals on target.
He made 12 accurate passes from an attempted 22, whilst also managing just five accurate long passes from a possible 15.
The second goal however, Patterson had no chance of stopping Guojohnsen's powerful right-footed strike. The comments stem purely from the first goal, for which the goalkeeper could've certainly dealt with much better.
