BROOKFIELD – For the first time since 2022, the Brookfield Warriors earned a playoff win as Cruz Torres shined on both offense and defense all night long.

He finished his day with two catches for two passes for 41 yards and two touchdowns, while nine tackles, an interception and a forced fumble in a massive defensive effort. All that led to Brookfield’s blowout 49-0 win over Columbiana.
