According to a report by Madrid Universal on Wednesday October 21, 2026, Jude Bellingham has reportedly impressed Jose Mourinho and his Real Madrid teammates with his extraordinary commitment to training, spending up to eight hours daily at the club's Valdebebas training complex.

The England international has established himself as one of the team's most important players, and his dedication behind the scenes is attracting considerable attention.

Real Madrid have now completed 100 days under Mourinho following the Portuguese manager's return during the summer. Although the team have delivered mixed performances, their home record has remained impressive.

According to El Chiringuito TV, as reported by Madrid Xtra, Bellingham has developed a reputation for being among the hardest workers at the club. The midfielder reportedly stays at Valdebebas longer than his teammates and is regularly the last player to leave the training facilities.

His extended stays do not necessarily involve eight hours of physical training. However, they demonstrate his determination to maintain high performance standards and continue improving his game.

Mourinho is reportedly impressed by the midfielder's professional attitude. His teammates have also noticed his commitment, which sets a positive example for the dressing room.

Bellingham's importance to Madrid goes beyond his technical quality and attacking contributions. His physical intensity, willingness to compete and ability to take responsibility in difficult situations make him a valuable figure in Mourinho's midfield.

The Portuguese manager has traditionally prioritised discipline, determination and players who put the team's interests first. Bellingham's approach to his profession aligns closely with those expectations.

His influence could prove particularly valuable as Madrid's new signings continue adapting to Mourinho's tactical methods. Established players demonstrating strong professional standards can help newcomers understand the manager's expectations.

However, managing workloads and recovery will remain essential throughout a demanding campaign involving domestic and European competitions. Extended periods at the training ground must be balanced with appropriate rest.

Bellingham remains one of Mourinho's most trusted selection options, and his mentality could help strengthen Madrid's competitive culture. Whether his example inspires similar dedication across the squad remains to be seen as the season progresses.
