UCL Top Scorers After Matheus Cunha, Fabián Ruiz And Raphinha Score Brace

According to a report by BBC Sports on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the UEFA Champions League goalscoring rankings have experienced notable developments following Tuesday night's matches, which saw Manchester United, Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain secure impressive victories.

Matheus Cunha, Fabián Ruiz and Raphinha emerged as three of the standout performers after each player found the back of the net twice for their respective teams, strengthening their positions in the competition's Golden Boot race.

Cunha played a crucial role in Manchester United's dramatic 3-2 comeback win against Roma at Old Trafford. After United went two goals down, the Brazilian attacker stepped up with two important goals late in the encounter to help his team complete an impressive turnaround. His contribution increased his Champions League goal tally to three this season.

Fabián Ruiz was another major attraction during Paris Saint-Germain's convincing 6-0 triumph over Villarreal away from home. The Spanish midfielder scored twice in the encounter, with one of his goals contributing to PSG's remarkable start, as they found the net four times within the opening 17 minutes. His tally has now reached four goals, while his outstanding performance also earned him the Player of the Match award.

Raphinha equally enjoyed an impressive outing as Barcelona defeated Aston Villa 3-0. The Brazilian international registered two goals to continue his excellent form in the Champions League. He has now taken his total to four goals this season, with every one of them scored at Camp Nou.

Following Tuesday's fixtures, Harry Kane, Erling Haaland, Raphinha, Fabián Ruiz, Donyell Malen, Serhou Guirassy, Ermedin Demirović, Luis Suárez, Nicolò Tresoldi and Aleksei Batrakov are all level at the top of the goalscoring rankings with four goals apiece.

Meanwhile, Matheus Cunha has three goals, putting him alongside Kylian Mbappé, Lamine Yamal, Ousmane Dembélé, Désiré Doué and Phil Foden.

With several matches remaining in the league phase, the competition for the Champions League Golden Boot is still open, and more players could challenge for the leading position in the coming weeks.
