According to a UEFA report published on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, the Champions League table shifted considerably after Matchday 4, as several major European clubs improved their standing.
Paris Saint-Germain lead the standings with 12 points, having won all four of their opening games. Real Madrid also have 12 points but sit second because of an inferior goal difference.
Arsenal moved up to third with 10 points after beating Slavia Prague 2–1. They have recorded three wins and a draw, remaining unbeaten so far.
Como are fourth on nine points after a stunning 9–1 away win over Lens. Barcelona and Aston Villa follow in fifth and sixth, respectively, also with nine points.
Manchester City climbed to seventh after defeating RB Leipzig 3–2. Liverpool are eighth with nine points, despite losing 3–2 to Fenerbahçe.
Club Brugge, Sporting CP and Real Betis are ninth, tenth and eleventh, respectively, each with nine points. Bayern Munich are twelfth with eight.
Manchester United sit seventeenth on six points after Tuesday’s 3–2 win over Roma. Galatasaray are eighteenth, also with six points, while Fenerbahçe rose to nineteenth with five after their victory over Liverpool.
Elsewhere, Atlético Madrid are twenty-third, PSV Eindhoven twenty-fourth, Napoli twenty-seventh and RB Leipzig thirtieth.
At the foot of the table, Slavia Prague are thirty-fourth with one point, Lille are thirty-fifth with one, and Slovan Bratislava remain thirty-sixth without a point.
Under the Champions League’s new format, the top eight teams advance directly to the Round of 16. Teams placed ninth through twenty-fourth will compete in knockout play-offs.
Arsenal are therefore well placed to earn automatic qualification. Liverpool and Manchester United, meanwhile, will need stronger results in their remaining matches to improve their prospects of progressing.
