Arsenal currently have seven points and remain in contention for a place in the top eight ahead of their Wednesday encounter against Slavia Prague.
Under the competition’s format, the eight highest-ranked teams at the end of the league phase will qualify directly for the round of 16. Clubs finishing between ninth and 24th position will compete in the knockout play-offs for a chance to advance.
With Arsenal preparing to face Slavia Prague and Liverpool scheduled to meet Fenerbahce on Wednesday, further changes to the Champions League table could follow after the remaining fixtures.
