Nigerian internationals Wilfred Ndidi and Tolu Arokodare are set for European action on Thursday as their clubs continue their UEFA Europa League and Conference League campaigns.

Ndidi’s Beşiktaş host Crystal Palace in the Europa League, while Arokodare’s Ajax welcome Atalanta in the Conference League.

Ndidi will hope to help Beşiktaş secure a positive result against the English side as they look to strengthen their position in the competition.

The Nigerian midfielder’s experience could prove valuable as Crystal Palace seek to make an impression in Europe.

Arokodare, meanwhile, will be one to watch when Ajax face Atalanta at the Johan Cruyff Arena, with the Nigerian striker expected to lead Ajax’s attack.

The 25-year-old has made an encouraging start at Ajax, scoring seven goals and providing two assists in 12 appearances across all competitions.

His form will be important as Ajax seek to build on their 5–2 wins over Groningen after their opening Conference League defeat to Hajduk Split.

Both Nigerians will be looking to make their contributions count as Beşiktaş and Ajax pursue positive results in their respective European fixtures.
