Just eight teams will be dreaming of Wembley glory by the time the Carabao Cup quarter-final ties take place. That’s officially business stage, folks.

League Two Fleetwood Town will take their place in the quarter-final draw after stunning Premier League champions Arsenal in the fourth round. The Cod Army earned a 1-1 draw to take the tie to penalties and ‘keeper Jay Lynch emerged as the hero by saving Bruno Guimaraes’ spot-kick. Woof!

We were always guaranteed at least one EFL team in the last-eight stage as League One rivals Bradford City and Peterborough United were pitched into battle. The Bantams emerged victorious and are hoping to repeat their run to the 2013 final.

Manchester City are the defending Carabao Cup champions after beating Arsenal in last season’s final. Enzo Maresca’s team are hoping to be in the pot, but they face a tricky tie against Premier League foes Brighton in round four.
