Scorchers to get over K4.3 billion for World Cup preparations
IMPRESSIVE— The Scorchers

The Malawi Women’s National Football Team, the Scorchers, will get $2.5 million (approximately K4.3 billion) as preparations funding ahead of the 2027 Fifa Women’s World Cup in Brazil.

The decision was approved by the Bureau of Fifa Council following the council’s meeting in Zurich, Switzerland, last week.
