Atletico Madrid will aim to extend their unbeaten run when they host Deportivo La Coruna in La Liga this weekend.
Diego Simeone’s side beat Espanyol 1-0 last weekend before drawing 1-1 away to Stuttgart in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
They have won seven of their nine league matches, drawing one and losing one.
Atletico will take confidence from their home form, having lost only once in their last nine competitive matches on their own ground.
Deportivo, meanwhile, have made an encouraging return to the Spanish top flight after an eight-year absence.
Antonio Hidalgo’s side have won two, drawn five and lost two of their opening nine matches.
However, they have gone five league games without a win after drawing 1-1 with Levante last weekend.
Deportivo will hope to end that run, having lost only once away from home since gaining promotion.
Atletico have dominated this fixture, remaining unbeaten in their last 14 competitive meetings with Deportivo, winning 11 and drawing three.
Their most recent meeting ended in a 1-0 victory for Atletico in the Copa del Rey in January.
The hosts will be without Cristian Romero and Koke, while Kang-In Lee faces a late fitness test.
Deportivo also have injury concerns, with Pierre- Emerick Aubameyang and Noe Carrillo among those unavailable.
Atletico will look to use their home advantage to secure another three points, while Deportivo will hope to frustrate the hosts and end their winless run
