Paris Saint-Germain commands the 2026-27 UEFA Champions League table with 12 points after four matches, following a dominant 6-0 victory against Villarreal at La Cerámica. Luis Enrique’s squad leads the 36-team league phase as they pursue an unprecedented third European title.
European football’s elite competition returned with a rigorous league phase format where each of the 36 qualified clubs contests eight fixtures. The top 24 sides advance to the knockout rounds, while the bottom 12 clubs face immediate elimination from the tournament.
PSG sits alone at the summit with a maximum 12 points and a commanding plus-15 goal differential after four outings. Barcelona occupies second place with nine points following a 3-0 victory against Aston Villa. Aston Villa holds third place on nine points despite the setback in Catalonia. Liverpool and Real Madrid also sit on nine points in fourth and fifth place respectively, rounding out the early front-runners.
Sporting CP holds sixth position with nine points after a narrow 1-0 win away against Shakhtar Donetsk. Real Betis claims seventh place with nine points, while Bayern Munich secured eighth place with eight points following a 2-0 triumph away against Atlético de Madrid. That eighth spot represents the final automatic qualification berth for the round of 16.
Arsenal and Stuttgart sit immediately outside the automatic qualification places with seven points each. A large group of clubs follows closely on six points, including Como, Manchester City, Club Brugge, Inter Milan, LASK, Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, and Galatasaray. Galatasaray earned a notable 2-0 win over Stuttgart on Tuesday to climb into the mix.
Further down the 36-team table, clubs such as Roma, Shakhtar Donetsk, PSV Eindhoven, Atlético de Madrid, and Bodø/Glimt share four points apiece. Napoli, Sabah, Lens, RB Leipzig, AEK Athens, Villarreal, and Feyenoord hold three points each. Fenerbahçe sits on two points, while Slavia Prague, Viking, and Lille have accumulated one point.
The league phase pauses before resuming with Matchday 5 fixtures later in the month. Tuesday, November 24, features Bodø/Glimt hosting LASK and Galatasaray welcoming Aston Villa in the early kickoff window. Later that evening, Arsenal faces Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid meets PSV Eindhoven, and Slovan Bratislava plays Real Betis.
Wednesday, November 25, brings another full slate of fixtures across Europe. Sabah hosts Barcelona, Slavia Prague travels to face Villarreal, and Paris Saint-Germain welcomes Roma to the French capital. Liverpool visits Club Brugge, while Bayern Munich travels to France to play Lille, concluding another crucial block of fixtures in the race for the knockout rounds.
