Head coach Nana Joe Adarkwa has named his starting XI for the highly anticipated FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup Round of 16 clash against Argentina.
Looking to secure a spot in the quarter-finals, Adarkwa has opted for a balanced lineup, blending solid defensive structure with creative attacking talent.
Between the sticks, Belinda Marku Aklie gets the nod to guard the goal. She will be shielded by a backline featuring Rafia Osman, Hajara Adam, Latifa Musah and Seraphina Essenam Esse.
The midfield engine room will be anchored by Jessica Appiah Asamoah and Gloria Ameaa Adomako, alongside Cynthia Obinsrewuo and Cristiana Ashiaku. The creative burden will fall heavily on the talented Seidatu Wahab, who will look to orchestrate play and link up with Juliana Gyekyewaa up top.
The match is scheduled for 3pm kick off in Morocco.
