Arsenal have strengthened their position at the top of the Premier League after Saturday's results left them six points ahead of Manchester City heading into Sunday's fixtures.
The Gunners have accumulated 27 points from 10 matches, with nine victories and just one defeat.
Their latest success came against Hull City, where captain Martin Odegaard scored the only goal in the 72nd minute to secure a 1-0 win.
Manchester City's title hopes suffered a setback after they were beaten 3-1 by Nottingham Forest.
City remain second with 21 points, having lost three of their opening 10 matches.
Forest, meanwhile, moved to 16th with nine points following their first home league victory of the season.
Brighton are third on 19 points from nine matches, while Chelsea and Everton occupy fourth and fifth positions respectively, both with 16 points.
Liverpool are sixth with 15 points and have played nine matches.
Attention now shifts to Sunday's five matches, with several teams having an opportunity to change their positions.
Brighton host Brentford at 2pm, while Liverpool travel to Crystal Palace at the same time. Bournemouth visit Ipswich Town, and Chelsea face Sunderland in another 2pm encounter.
Manchester United's meeting with Aston Villa at 4:30pm will close the day's action.
United are currently 18th with seven points, level with 19th-placed Crystal Palace but ahead on goal difference. Sunderland remain bottom with five points.
United will be particularly keen on a positive result as they attempt to move away from the relegation places.
Meanwhile, Liverpool and Chelsea will be looking to close the gap on the teams above them.
