Nairobi United's pursuit of domestic silverware and a return to continental football has received a major financial boost after the club secured a Sh380 million partnership with SportyBet.
The agreement, which runs for three years, makes the international betting company the FKF Premier League side's official shirt sponsor.
The deal was unveiled in Nairobi on Friday, November 6, with club officials expressing confidence that the investment would strengthen their ambitions.
Chief Executive Officer Nelson Odaya identified qualification for the CAF Champions League as one of the club's major targets, following their previous appearance in continental competition.
Nairobi United reached the group stage of the 2025/26 CAF Confederation Cup and won the 2025 FKF Cup after defeating Gor Mahia in the final.
SportyBet Kenya Country Manager Dianne Maina said the company was backing a club with a history of winning trophies and hoped the partnership would contribute to further success.
Nairobi Governor Johnson Sakaja, who is the club's patron, attended the unveiling alongside FKF Deputy President McDonald Mariga.
Sakaja challenged the team to compete for the league title, describing it as a major achievement the club should pursue since its establishment in 2018.
The financial announcement comes as Nairobi United search for their first league victory of the 2026/27 campaign after five rounds.
Their next assignment is a difficult away encounter against defending champions Gor Mahia on Sunday at Wang'uru Stadium in Kirinyaga.
