Kim Hellberg believes the sky is the limit for Middlesbrough loan star after his impressive start at the club.
Cozier-Duberry joined on the final day of the summer transfer window and has proven a huge asset to Hellberg’s side since.
After debuting in the cup against Crystal Palace, the 21-year-old has started the six Championship games since and already has two goals and three assists.
Now, the Brighton loanee, is preparing for a return to Bolton Wanderers, where he starred on loan last season, helping Steven Schumacher’s side win promotion, while attracting the interest of Boro in the process.
With that return in mind, Hellberg was asked about the young winger’s potential, and how far he can go, and the Boro boss explained why he sees no reason to put any kind of ceiling on his prospects in the game.
Hellberg said: “I don't think there's a roof for Amario in terms of that. I think he's shown that through working hard.

“He's gone through a first tough loan spell at Blackburn, moved one step down to Bolton, and was very, very good. He progressed in that loan and now comes here and has been very good.
“He works very, very hard every day. He wants to learn, he's a good lad, he works very hard.
“And I think that's the small difference because there's a lot of talented players, but he is doing absolutely everything he can every day to get as good as he ever can, which means I don't think there's any roof for him.
“I think he has the potential to be as good as he wants to be, and how hard he keeps working will determine if he succeeds in getting there.
“I think he can be absolutely one of the best wingers in the game. I think he has the potential to be that, but it's a long way to go, to be fair.
“He knows that and he's working to get there, and that's why there's no need for me to put a limit on that.”
Cozier-Duberry’s start is even more impressive when considering how there was no integration period.
The winger joined on the final day of the window, as Morgan Whittaker began the process of his exit for Colorado Rapids.
While other late arrivals in the summer window such as Connor Barron and Rokas Pukstas are still being slowly integrated, Cozier-Duberry was thrown straight in, and has thrived.
Asked if there was an element of surprise in how well he’s handled that, Hellberg admitted: “Yes, to be fair. It was difficult for him to come in directly when the season had already started, and I think he's done it absolutely brilliantly, and quicker than I thought.
“He hadn't trained that much, but he’s managed to play a lot of games, and he's learned and adapted through that. I think there's a lot more to get out of him in our team too.
“But I think he's been phenomenal since putting his first foot here and been very, very good both on and off the pitch. For a young player to adapt so quickly, that’s very, very impressive.”
