Arsenal have reportedly made initial contact over Eintracht Frankfurt attacker Can Uzun and Club Brugge striker Nicolo Tresoldi.
Mikel Arteta wants additional attacking options after Arsenal reshaped their left flank during the summer transfer window.
According to CaughtOffside, as reported by Team talk, Arsenal have approached Uzun’s representatives, 11WINS, while exploring a potential double deal involving both players.
Uzun has impressed this season, registering four goals and three assists across six appearances for Frankfurt in all competitions.
The Turkish international can operate as a left winger or attacking midfielder, offering Arteta valuable tactical flexibility across Arsenal’s attack.
Frankfurt reportedly value Uzun at €60 million, equivalent to approximately £50 million, following his impressive performances this season.
A source said: “Arsenal have had some initial contacts about Can Uzun. I can’t say for sure if he’s at the top of their list, but they like him and they’re not alone in that.”
The source added: “Eintracht Frankfurt are aware of the interest, but will point to his €60m release clause.”
Arsenal are also reportedly tracking Tresoldi, who has scored nine goals in thirteen appearances for Club Brugge this season.
Brugge reportedly rejected Roma’s £30 million offer in August and now demand approximately £42 million for the Germany Under-21 striker.
Together, the reported valuations would bring Arsenal’s potential investment to approximately £92 million for both attacking reinforcements.
However, Brugge reportedly have no intention of selling Tresoldi during January, potentially forcing Arsenal to wait until summer.
Aston Villa, Everton, Brighton, AC Milan and Borussia Dortmund are also reportedly monitoring Uzun, increasing competition for his signature.
Neither transfer is guaranteed, but Arsenal’s reported interest suggests Arteta is considering significant attacking reinforcements for next season.
