The players?

They are a young, raw team. It took Mikel Arteta four years to build his team. Many Newcastle United fans have given these players and manager two months.

We have lost our four best players over the last 18 months, and because we cant spend what we want, we’ve had to adopt a high risk strategy of buying young players with potential. There will be bumps along the way.
