Rams vs. Chargers inactives: Who's in, who's out for Week 8?

The Los Angeles Rams will once again be shorthanded this week after losing multiple players to injury. Long snapper Joe Cardona will miss Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Chargers due to an ankle injury, and tight end Colby Parkinson is also inactive due to a rib injury.

Parkinson has been banged up all year and left last week's game multiple times with injuries but managed to finish the game. He did not practice all week as he and the Rams managed his injuries.

Ty Simpson, Bill Murray, Keagen Trost and Desjuan Johnson are also inactive.

The good news is Trent McDuffie, Coleman Shelton and Jordan Whittington are all active after being listed as questionable. This will be McDuffie's first game since Week 5 due to a groin injury, which caused him to miss the last two games.

For the Chargers, Donte Jackson is inactive, as is Rodney Shelley and Brenen Thompson.

They came into this game fairly healthy coming off the bye, so there weren't many injury concerns other than Derwin James, who was placed on injured reserve Saturday.
