Al-Faisaly v Al-Nassr kicks off at 2:30pm BST (4:30pm local time) on Friday, October 23 at the Al Majma’ah Sports City Stadium.
In the UK, the match is being shown on DAZN. In the US, selected Saudi Pro League games are shown on FOX Sports.
Al-Nassr have found their rhythm, and Al-Faisaly may be the latest side to feel it. Ange Postecoglou’s defending champions travel to Al Majma’ah on Friday afternoon on a three-game winning run, and they face one of the Saudi Pro League’s most out-of-form teams.
Al-Nassr have lost just once in nine league games this season, winning seven, and they have kept clean sheets in each of their last two. They have scored 20 league goals and conceded only seven. Postecoglou’s side do still need to be more clinical, though. They were guilty of some rushed finishing in the win over NEOM, and they will need to be patient against a home side likely to sit deep.
Cristiano Ronaldo will continue his quest to reach 1,000 career goals. The Portugal striker currently sits on 981.
Al-Faisaly are back in the top flight this season, but life has been tough. They have won just once in nine league games and only once in their last 10 matches in all competitions.
They showed some fight on Monday, though. They trailed Al-Shabab at half-time before coming back to draw 2-2 away from home, and that kind of resilience will give them some hope.
History is firmly on Al-Nassr’s side. They have won 13 of the 28 meetings between the two clubs, compared to just four for Al-Faisaly, and the last seven meetings have all produced a winner. This will be the first meeting since 2022.

Al-Nassr are still without Kingsley Coman and Abdulrahman Ghareeb, so Postecoglou is expected to stick with the side that has been working well in recent weeks. Ronaldo will lead the line, with João Félix and Sadio Mané in support. Ângelo is expected to continue in a wide role while Coman is out.
Al-Faisaly will rely heavily on Alexandre Mendy, who has five goals and an assist in nine league appearances. Christian Bassogog and Théo Bongonda, who has two league goals, add pace out wide.
Al-Faisaly: Pacheco; Bin Subayt, Seck, Girotto; Barnawi, Flávio, Al-Mogren, Al-Shanqiti; Al-Bishi, Mendy, Seoane
Al-Nassr: Bento; Boushal, Al-Amri, Martínez, Yahya; Al-Khaibari, Samu Costa; Ângelo, João Félix, Mané; Ronaldo
This ought to be a routine assignment for the visitors. Expect them to win well and for Ronaldo to take a step closer to four figures.
