Sankara Nationals will look to extend their impressive run in the 2026/27 UMB Division One League when they travel to face Kalibi SC in one of the headline fixtures of Matchday 7 in Zone One A.

The encounter is scheduled for Saturday, November 7, at the Malik Jabir Stadium, with the league leaders seeking another victory to consolidate their position at the top.

Sankara Nationals head into the contest in impressive form following a commanding 4-0 victory over Berekum City in their previous outing. The result extended their advantage at the summit to five points.

They will, however, face a Kalibi SC side desperate for a turnaround after a difficult start to the campaign. Kalibi sit bottom of the table with five points, 11 behind their opponents, and will be hoping to use home advantage to produce a positive result.

Another major fixture in Zone One A will see second-placed Real Tamale United host Wa Power SC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Sunday, November 8, with kick-off scheduled for 3:00 pm.

Elsewhere, Berekum City FC will welcome Tamale City FC to the Kurt E.S. Okraku Technical Centre on Sunday, while Northern City face Steadfast FC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Monday, November 9.

In Zone One B, all four fixtures will be played on Sunday, November 8.

Yapei FC host Techiman Eleven Wonders at Jinapor Park, while KAC Soccer Academy take on Dormaa Unity SC at Sunyani Coronation Park.

Techiman Liberty Youth will face Bectero Sasana FC at the Ohene Ameyaw Stadium, with Mighty Royals FC completing the programme against Victory Club Warriors at Adehyiman Park.
