Three weeks after heading to Manchester City to see a fine 4-2 win, the Parisian fans have made their way to Spain to see their team in action in Europe once again. With 600 members of the Collectif Ultras Paris, the Supporters Clubs, season ticket holders and MyParis members, the team's 12th man will make their presence felt in the 23,500 capacity Estadio de la Ceramica. "My favourite club, a lovely place, and a great game all played in warm weather...I couldn't miss it," said Cedric, a Paris fan. "Villarreal are a solid team, so I'm not just here as a tourist. I hope it'll be a good game and of course that we'll win."

He was able to go to the club's Ticket Point in the centre of the city to get his ticket for the game. "I hope to see my players even though I know they are focused on the game," said William as he waited outside the team's hotel. "Villarreal have beaten Napoli (3-1) and caused Dortmund (2-3) and Liverpool (3-4) problems, so I think it'll be a great game and I had to be here for it."

The Parisian fans will start their traditional Fan Walk from the Ticket Point to their stand at 6:30pm CET before giving the Rouge et Bleu their full backing over 90 minutes and more. Like usual.

"The weather is great, it's a fantastic stadium, we're very happy to be here," Willian Pacho told PSG TV before Monday's pre-match press conference. "We'll have to be ready for this big match in this all-yellow stadium (N.B. the colour of his country, Ecuador). There's all the ingredients for a great game. Each time we see the fans, we feel a great boost. They transmit their will to win to us...When we see them and hear them at away games, it gives us even more of a boost and more determination." Now renowned across Europe, the Paris Saint-Germain fans will do their utmost once again to push their team to a fourth successive win in the competition.
