I think our problems lie in the midfield, Anderson and Enzo are both eights and Young Bouaddi, who is a true six is very young and no Rodri yet, yes he is easy on the eye and can pick a pass, but our boss prefers to use Anderson deep as the six. Enzo is taking time to fit in and has trouble with Cherki farming for the ball coming deep and getting in his way. A solution is to use O'Reilly as our inverted full back to bolster our mid. This should allow Cherki to play high on the edge of the box, and also Phil when picked. Sadly Phil was poor, their LB was terrific and gave him nothing. We are basically an attacking side, on a fast counter we appear to get into strife far too often, and Donna should not have got beat at his near post with a shot from the corner flag, but he does make many fantastic saves as well. Needs to work on his distribution and throw the ball to a winger more often to get us moving upfield faster. (Rant over.)
