Alan Shearer and Chris Sutton both predict Liverpool will beat Crystal Palace this weekend as Andoni Iraola's side looks to get back to winning ways in the Premier League.
Last time out domestically, the Reds fell to a 1-0 defeat at home to Arsenal. Midweek, they then lost to Fenerbahce despite going ahead twice in that Champions League game.
But ahead of the latest round of international fixtures, Liverpool is hoping to go out on a high at Selhurst Park, where it has a strong recent record even after Eddie Nketiah's last-minute winner in the fixture a year ago.
"Iraola and Sage need a result — that's the big thing, especially for Sage in the league," Shearer told Betfair.
"He is another manager under huge pressure. You just never know with this fixture, but I think in forward positions with Crystal Palace being as poor defensively as they are, I think Liverpool will have too much for them, so away win."
Liverpool will be heavy favorites to take home the three points, with Crystal Palace really struggling for form at the moment. It is in the relegation zone, only ahead of Nottingham Forest and Sunderland.
"Pierre Sage was not helped by Mateta's sending-off in their defeat by Tottenham and the Eagles striker will miss this game after they failed with their appeal to overturn the decision," Sutton, who went for a 2-0 Liverpool win, wrote for BBC Sport.
"Whether you thought that was a red card or not, you feel for Sage because he is coming under a lot of pressure and a lot of Palace's problems are not his fault — he took charge at a difficult time.
"Liverpool have issues too, and they come into this game off the back of a lousy performance and result against Fenerbahce on Wednesday.
"Aston Villa hit the Turkish side for six a couple of weeks ago, but Liverpool struggled to keep them quiet and Palace might feel they can pick the Reds off in the same way.

Liverpool FC have launched their new home kit for the 2026/27, inspired by iconic adidas strip worn during the club's 1989/90 title-winning campaign.
"Liverpool won't change the way they play under Andoni Iraola, so they will try to be aggressive with their press but are likely to be left open again if Palace get past it.
"I don't see that happening this time, though, mostly because Crystal Palace have been so poor.
"Liverpool were leaky against Fenerbahce, but I am going for them to keep a clean sheet here and get a sneaky away win, with Alexander Isak and Bradley Barcola getting their goals."
