The huge demand for the game at Holker Street saw United season-ticket holders snap up the full initial allocation of 900 tickets soon after they went on sale on Thursday morning.
The club confirmed that the had requested additional tickets from the Bluebirds but in a post made this morning, the Blues confirmed that there will be no more tickets made available.
A social media post from Carlisle United said: "No further tickets will be made available for our Enterprise National League fixture away at Barrow on Saturday 21 November.
"We recognise this will be disappointing news for those unable to secure a ticket and thank everyone for their continued backing.
"Please note, any travelling supporters identified in the home end will be ejected from the stadium without refund."
The initial allocation included 632 seated tickets and 268 terracing tickets, with travelling Blues fans in the Hudson Hill Away Stand and the Holker Street Stand.
Season ticket holders had the first priority on Thursday. Carlisle had planned to open sales for members on Friday and general sale on Saturday.
The decision by Barrow means that there will be a 900 strong away contingent following Rob Elliot's side as they take on ex-Blue Adam Murray's Barrow on November 21.
