The MaxPreps rankings overhauled the Florida high school football Open Division once again with its latest rankings.

Lakeland, Raines and Venice all moved into the Open Division after Week 11, while The First Academy, Cardinal Newman and Cardinal Mooney dropped out.

St. Thomas Aquinas, Columbus, West Boca, Chaminade-Madonna and Miami Central also are in the Open Division. Carol City would be in the Open Division but was put on restrictive probation by the FHSAA and is ineligible for the postseason. The FHSAA denied Carol City's appeal of the postseason ban on Sunday.

Lakeland pounded The First Academy 35-0 in Week 11 and moved up five spots to the No. 5 seed in the Open Division.

Raines beat rival Ribault 55-13 to finish the regular season undefeated for the third consecutive year. The Vikings moved up six spots to the No. 6 seed.

Venice made the biggest positive jump in the top 25, moving up 10 spots despite being off in Week 11.

Undefeated Carrollwood Day moved up six spots after beating Cardinal Newman 28-14 and is the first team out of the Open Division.

The FHSAA will announce the official playoff brackets at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 7.

Here's a look at the what the brackets look like after the latest MaxPreps update.

Note: Baldwin, Carol City, Deltona, Matanzas and Parker have been placed on restrictive probation by the FHSAA and are ineligible for the postseason.
