Fears over Declan Rice have been sparked after new footage emerged showing the Arsenal midfielder holding his hamstring. A fan captured footage of the Gunners star against Everton appearing as though he is carrying a problem.
Rice could be seen spending time on his haunches before slowly rising and placing his hand on his hamstring with the game underway. The England international then appears to hobble away.
Rice was substituted in the 80th minute of the win over the Toffees to be replaced by Martin Zubimendi. But now there may be concern that the change was more than just about offering fresh legs.

Rice has been managing pain through his lower back and hamstring since last Christmas. During the World Cup, the former West Ham United ace openly discussed the nerve pain he suffered throughout last season and in the United States.
The 27-year-old pulled out of Thomas Tuchel's England squad for the last international break. That move was understood to be down to load management.
Whether Rice's substitution against Everton was simply managing a lingering problem remains to be seen. Arsenal next play in the Carabao Cup against Fleetwood Town on Tuesday, offering Rice the opportunity to be rested before the Premier League match against Liverpool.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta had some other scares to deal with at the Emirates. Gabriel Magalhaes looked to have picked up an injury that required him to be substituted but was able to continue and scored a crucial goal.
Arteta praised the Brazilian defender. “Well, he's a clear example, when I'm talking about the mentality of the team, obviously the mentality of the team is the mentality of the individuals in the team," the Spaniard said.
"Gabi is a great example of that because we were all scared. Not because of the way he went down, but the reaction of the players that were next to him. Immediately, he says that he wants to continue, and then he scores a goal to help us win the game. That's what we need from our players.”
Riccardo Calafiori also suffered a problem after being introduced during the second period. The Italian international saw the game out but his condition saw Noni Madueke end the game at left-back.
“Yeah I wasn’t that mad to change those two from their positions," Arteta said during his press conference. "It was because he had a slight issue, we don't know what it is, it seems to be something very small, but he was cautious about it.”
