Head coach Néstor Lorenzo delivered Colombia’s final call-up list of 2026 on Friday, naming 26 players for the November FIFA window that will see the national team face Chile twice, ESPN Colombia reported. The Colombian Football Federation confirmed the roster and the match schedule, noting the squad will arrive in Cali starting Saturday, Nov. 7 to begin preparations.
The double header closes Colombia’s international calendar for the year. The first match takes place Friday, Nov. 13 at 7:00 p.m. Colombia time at Estadio Olímpico Pascual Guerrero in Cali, with part of the proceeds donated to victims of the earthquake that struck in August, ESPN Colombia reported. The second match follows on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Estadio Nacional in Santiago, with kickoff set for 6:00 p.m. Colombia time, according to the federation and El Tiempo.
The 26-man list largely retains the group that played Mexico, Paraguay and Peru in the United States during the previous window, with eight changes compared with that squad, El Colombiano reported. Among the returnees are goalkeeper Camilo Vargas of Atlas, defender Juan Cabal of Juventus and midfielder Jefferson Lerma of Crystal Palace, ESPN Colombia reported. AS Colombia noted that Vargas had been absent from the previous call-up because Lorenzo wanted to evaluate other goalkeepers as part of the position’s renewal.
New additions include Real Betis midfielder Nelson Deossa, Hellas Verona forward Daniel Mosquera and Roma goalkeeper Devis Vásquez, ESPN Colombia reported. El Tiempo highlighted that Daniel Mosquera received his first call-up after winning a title with Atlético Bucaramanga, while Juan Arizala of Udinese is a debutant in the senior setup. Camilo Mena, the 24-year-old forward from Concordia, Antioquia, who plays in Poland, also received his first call-up, El Tiempo reported.
Two of Colombia’s leading figures will miss the window. Bayern Munich winger Luis Díaz is recovering from a left thigh muscle injury sustained two weeks ago, ESPN Colombia reported, and AS Colombia noted the club expects him to return after this break. Díaz had already been given rest during the September window after a difficult start to the season, AS Colombia reported.
Midfielder Richard Ríos of Al-Ittihad is also sidelined. Medical exams confirmed a high-grade left ankle sprain with an MRI showing a tibiofibular syndesmosis injury, AS Colombia reported, citing the club’s medical assessment.

AS Colombia recalled that the team reached the round of 16 at the 2026 World Cup before being eliminated by Switzerland on penalties, after which Lorenzo was renewed and began a rebuilding process with several young players who met expectations during the October-November window.
Atlético Nacional maintains two representatives in the squad with Juan Manuel Rengifo and Samuel Velásquez, both of whom played in the previous friendlies against Mexico, Paraguay and Peru, El Colombiano reported. Velásquez scored one of the goals in Colombia’s 2-0 win over Peru in the last match of that series, El Colombiano noted.
