A man wore a Vintage Brewing Company shirt to the World Series. He won free beer for a year

MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) - Not a bad way to celebrate a Brewers World Series win!

One man was seen in the stands of Tropicana Field wearing a Vintage Brewing Company t-shirt.

During the bottom of the 9th inning of Game 5 of the World Series, when the camera panned to nervous Brewers fans, one fan was spotted wearing a t-shirt representing Wisconsin’s own Vintage Brewing Company.

Soon after the Brewers took the title, Vintage owner Mike Bridges went on the hunt via social media: He was determined to find the mystery man in the Vintage shirt at the big game.

Thanks to the power of the Internet, Bridges found the Vintage superfan, and rewarded the man with free beer for a year, as well as a custom Vintage Brewing Company t-shirt.

The fan, who was not publicly named, received his prize on Monday at the Vintage Brewing Company westside location on Whitney Way in Madison.
