It appears Enzo Amore is returning to WWE.

PWInsider is reporting “there are people backstage who believe Amore signed a new deal with WWE over the last week.”

WWE released Enzo back in January 2018 after allegations of sexual assault in Arizona. Amore denied the allegations. In May of that same year, the Phoenix Police Department dropped the investigation due to lack of sufficient evidence against Amore.

Amore, under the names of nZo and Real1, has been mostly wrestling on the independent scene. He has however, made appearances for TNA and MLW. Amore is also a former WWE Cruiserweight Champion.
