The selected swimmers will represent Nagpur Division at the divisional swimming competition scheduled to be held in Wardha.

In the under-14 girls' category, Bhavi A. Rajgire of Sanjuba CBSE School, Nagpur, has been selected for the 200m individual medley, 200m backstroke and 200m breaststroke events. Shangha Sujit Samarth of Podar International School, Besa, will compete in the 50m backstroke, while Falguni R. Lanjewar of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Shrikrishna Nagar, will participate in the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke events. Shravani V. Raut of Prerna Convent has qualified for the 50m freestyle and 50m backstroke.

In the under-17 category, Rajnandini R. Samarth of Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar, has been selected for the 50m, 100m and 200m backstroke, besides the 4x100m freestyle relay and 4x100m medley relay. Yashika S. Lanjewar of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan will compete in the 50m and 100m freestyle. Vinanti Bhingare of Sanjuba High School, Chakradhar Nagar, has qualified for the 100m breaststroke, while Viraj Bhingare of the same school will compete in the 800m freestyle. Lavanya V. Raut of Southern Point High School has been selected for the 50m and 200m breaststroke.

In the under-19 category, Aarohi A. Jararia of Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar, will participate in the 100m freestyle, while Ishant Pandey of Atulesh Convent, Malgi Nagar, has qualified for the 50m, 100m and 200m breaststroke events. All 11 swimmers train regularly at the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Swimming Centre and the NIT Swimming Centre in Nagpur. They are preparing for the upcoming competition under the guidance of NIS swimming coach Sanjay Batwe. Shark Aquatic Sporting Association president Pradeep Keche and coach Sanjay Batwe congratulated the selected swimmers and wished them success at the divisional championship in Wardha.
